WATERMELON, GOAT CHEESE + MINT SALAD

Grounded Hemp Seed GOAT Cheese Recipe: Watermelon, Goat Cheese + Mint Salad Dairy Free Nut Free Vegan Plant Based   
INGREDIENTS                                                                                                        
watermelon
mint
red onion, sliced into rounds
red wine vinegar
Grounded Hemp Seed GOAT cheese
olive oil
salt + pepper                                                                                                            
METHOD
  1. Cut watermelon into thin triangles (see image above). You can slice off the outer green and white skin first, if preferred.
  2. Arrange onto plate with a handful of freshly torn mint leaves and sprinkle of red onion slices. Crumble GOAT cheese with your fingers and dot on top.
  3. Season with freshly cracked pepper and a little salt. Drizzle with olive oil and a tiny splash of red wine vinegar.
  4. Enjoy.
