red onion, sliced into rounds

Grounded Hemp Seed GOAT cheese

- Cut watermelon into thin triangles (see image above). You can slice off the outer green and white skin first, if preferred.
- Arrange onto plate with a handful of freshly torn mint leaves and sprinkle of red onion slices. Crumble GOAT cheese with your fingers and dot on top.
- Season with freshly cracked pepper and a little salt. Drizzle with olive oil and a tiny splash of red wine vinegar.
