Marinated goats cheese and Persian feta is a big thing back in Australia (where we started out). Its texture is semi-firm and silky, not hard and crumbly like Greek feta, and it works beautifully in salads, pasta dishes, on top of pizzas or spread onto sandwiches. Our version is made from hemp seed and is packed with protein and antioxidants.
